Bishop James T. Jackson has been married to his sweetheart First Lady Richarda Jackson for over 32 years;
they have three children and five grandchildren. Pastor Jackson started his ministry at the age of
seventeen years old as an associate minister at
the Greater Shiloh Missionary Baptist Church, Danville, Il.
Pastor Jackson received his first call to the Pastorate at age 19 at the
First Church of Christ, Fostoria Oh. He later became the
Pastor of the William Street Church of God, where he served for three years prior to organizing
the New Jerusalem Church of Jesus Christ where he served for 21 years.
Pastor Jackson also organized the In Touch Christian Ministries, In Jonesboro, Ga in 1998.
Pastor Jackson has a degree in Christian Education from Aenon Bible College in Indianapolis In,
a BS in Business Management from Shorter University Rome, Ga. and is completing his MBA at Troy University.
